Writing like Stephen King, but not getting paid like him

I write like
Stephen King

I Write Like by Mémoires, Mac journal software. Analyze your writing!

Your writing (at least the first half of When Pigs Fly) reminds me of Elmore Leonard.

You've read my writing, Bob. Would you have said that I write like James Joyce? A fun site. Virginia

Gee, Virginia, I've never read James Joyce. But based on your writing and his reputation, it seems like an unlikely match-up. Are you familiar with the work of Leslie Meier? She wrote a number of light murder mysteries centered around holidays. I think your style might be closer to hers.

Cindy, Leonard and Hiaasen are names that have come up. It's good for my highly inflatable ego.

Hmmmm, I got Stephen King as well... but I report on children's books and related topics!

Bob, I'm okay with you writing like Stephen King, as long as I get to make money like Stephen King.

I write like all sorts of people... someone different for each thing I submitted. I think we all write like ourselves.

I write like someone different for each thing I stick in there too. Too funny! :p
